Ambassadors

The heart of BEP. Ambassadors are fingerprinted and background-checked so they can work directly with our Butterflies and Dragonflies leading chapter sessions and supporting programs all year long. The commitment is real, and so is the reward: you will watch children grow up believing in themselves partly because of you.

Opportunity Givers

Share what you know in a single session. Chefs, nurses, coders, mechanics, artists, pilots – our youth need to see every possible future, and yours might be the one that clicks. Chaperone a trip, run a workshop, tell your story.
Seasonal

Event Allies

Seasonal hands for the moments that make BEP feel like BEP: Juneteenth celebrations, holiday gift wrapping, fundraisers, decorating, organizing, spreading the word. Flexible, joyful, and always needed.

What Allies build

The bus that belief bought.

What began as a dream became a movement. Thanks to the generosity of First Baptist Church, Nancy Reyer of Michael’s Smile, and Fisher Signs & Shirts, our Butterflies and Dragonflies have their very own bus – a vehicle that carries opportunity, hope, and countless memories.

Because of Michael’s Smile, our youth explore colleges, volunteer in new communities, and see life beyond their neighborhoods safe and together.
